Christmas Guitar Advice?
Ok, the other day, while in the car my mom asked me very non-chanlantly, What do you want for christmas? I said idk and i will think about and said thanks for asking.
After a few weeks of thinking i realized that now that i am older I can try to start realizing some of my dreams, not all but some. One of my dreams is to learn how to play the guitar, violin, and the piano. So i was thinking, that I should ask for a guitar!
So then the thought came to me that 1) there are a lot of different kinds of guitars out there 2) I am a begginer and i am not doing lessons, so what book or CD is good for me? 3) No Idea how to even read muisc(dont say dont get a guitar cuz a lot of artist dont know how to read music) 4) what do I need at first, because there are so many different guitar bundles with steros audios, and such

Ok so can some1 please help me narrow it down I mean it is really hard, i dont want any1 wasting money(also keep in mind it will most likely be a wall-mart, target, etc.. guitar

You are wise in thinking of starting off with a basic guitar - no need to get some name brand with expensive amps and all that. If you have a guitar / music shop near you, then go and test a few different brands and sizes. Stick with acoustic, as electrics are too much hassle with all the equipment. If there is not a Guitar Center type of place, maybe there are pawn shops that will allow you to try some models. There are beginner books that show chords, then some basic songs; these would be good for a beginner. I played years ago and was able to figure out a lot of chords just by listening to records (which would be CD’s now). Enjoy the adventure of trying out some "axes" [slang for guitar] !!

Go to toys R Us and get the first act electric guitar. It usually runs around 120. It comes with the book and CD to teach you how to read the music and play the notes. This helped my son a great deal. He lost interest after a few months, but then began to play the trumpet in the school band. It taught him how to read the music so he had no problem picking a different instrument. I also got the same guitar for my nephew, even though he never did stick with music. It is a great for beginners if you stick with it then you can look into the expensive models with lessons.

I have been having problems with geting to sleep …i worry about.."will i get to sleep on time to get a good enough sleep"…"will it be enough to work productivly at work"….once i do get to sleep it seem like 2-3 times a week i havve nightmares that wake me up and then have a VERY hard time falling back to sleep it hasnt been this bad b4 but now i have had nightmares twice 2 nights in a row i have no health insurance cant afford it or the hospital or psychyatrist bills lol im 23 female it has been getting prgressivly worse…once i get home from work im constantly checking my watch every hour to 1 1/2 to see what time it is i like to be in bed by 9-10 pm central time to get up at 7:15am once it gets to like 7 or 8 pm then i start checking the time more frequently … i wanna know what types of things i can do home remidy type deal to help with this anxiety/insomnia Help plz im losing my mind over this lol
nightmares are just about nothing basically one was bout vampires that turned into me running from something lol …vampires im guessing cuz cant wait till new moon comes out lol and running im not afraid of anything that is happening in my life at the moment…the other one was i was constantly scared of something lol dunno what it was never clear just scared in general like deathly afraid type of scared…..like i said b4 i would have problems getting back to sleep

Cause, both these teams had sluggish offense but, great defenses and before thses 2 teams went and won the SuperBowl, they hired offensive coaches which were, Jon Gruden 4 da Buccaneers and Brian Billick 4 da Ravens and these 2 coaches became head coaches 4 these teams and helped the teams offense become a little better along with their defense and won the SuperBowl. Mostly by defense with double digit scoreboard wins.

What we have to remember is that the Ravens defense is arguably the best ever. The Bucs defense was solid but it did take advantage of the fact that Gruden was facing his offense. The Ravens had everything on defense. Ray Lewis was in his prime and was the best defensive player in the league. Dexter Jackson was a victim of circumstance. On offense they were very similar. Both had older, stopgap options at QB. Jamal Lewis was phenominal at the time. Jermaine Lewis was also a great returner. Michael Pittman and Mike Alstott weren’t that great of options compared to Lewis. The Ravens would wipe them out.

There are a lot of similarities. The Bucs offense was much better than the Ravens O, but the Bucs had two players return multiple interceptions for touchdowns. That’s really saying something. Of course, the Bucs have Jon Gruden to thank for their victory - he installed the Raiders’ offense (Bill Callahan didn’t feel the need to change it when he came in), and he knew the personnel. It was like Gruden coached two teams to the Super Bowl. But he knew what the Raiders would do offensively before they even knew. It’s hard to lose that way.

The key to the 00 Ravens were those huge 4-3 DTs in Sam Adams and Tony Siragusa. Those two guys would need to have 4 guys blocking them in order to slow them down. Ray Lewis, Jamie Sharper, Peter Boulware, Chris McAlister, Rod Woodson. All they had on offense was Jonathan Ogden, Jamal Lewis, and alittle Priest Holmes.

Do guys truly like girls who are different and unique?

good ideas already given but if you don’t want to us any flour why not make a Jus.

Use the juice and scrapings from the pan you used to roast the turkey. (roast the turkey on a bed of onion and carrot)

heat up the pan on the hob… add some white wine and simmer to reduce the jus by half… then add a nob of butter(optional) and whisk gently in.

Strain the liquid (the jus) into a serving jug and serve
