Please your thoughts on this poem…not sure if I got it?
You’re stuck in between, a cry and a laugh
too bad to be good, too good to be bad
confused yet so right, defeats with no fight
intrigues with no might, and sees with no sight
your prints are eternally turning to her
the one with the power to conquer and serve
alone you await for a date with the night
impossibly wrong not impossibly right
you’re able to turn a day into years
but Balance is blushing expecting a tear
the wise see right through you
this means nothing to you
the one who sees beyond the gleam
in turn remains unseen.

Is he talking about the mind?????

the human spirit is what I think, I could be wrong.

this has a slight religious tone to it to me…

hm

have a star, maybe others will help out.

basically its written by someone pining for a girl he loves. that’s the bottom line of the poem -
the first few lines explain the confused state of mind - then, there’s a wait for the date -
there is a desire to gain balance - those who are "wise" see this love-lorn state - but that is of no consequence to our lover -
"the one who sees beyond the gleam" (doesn’t make much sense though ‘beyond the gleam’) - meaning the girl, or the muse of our poet - remains unseen - that’s pretty much it.

the poem is pathetic, y do u bother with it in d first place?
