Primer (2004)

Plot: At night and on weekends, four men in a suburban garage have built a cottage industry of error-checking devices. But, they know that there is something more. There is some idea, some mechanism, some accidental side effect that is standing between them and a pure leap of innovation. And so, through trial and error they are building the device that is missing most. However, two of these men find the device and immediately realize that it is too valuable to market. The limit of their trust in each other is strained when they are faced with the question, If you always want what you can’t have, what do you want when you can have anything?

Would MAC Paint be good as a eyeshadow primer?
So I’ve had the Urban Decay Primer Potion for probably over a year now (I don’t use it every single day and I cut it open to get the rest out) but I hated how I had to cut open the freaking tube to get the rest out, I would have wasted SOOO much if I hadn’t! So I’m not going to buy that again. But I was looking on the MAC website and noticed that their eye Primer and their Paint Pots are the same price for the same size. But then saw the MAC Paint (just the Paint: http://www.maccosmetics.com/product/spp. tmpl?CATEGORY_ID=CAT154&PRODUCT_ID=3 44) and it’s the same price as their eye Primer and Paint Pots but you get a lot more for the same price, so what I’m wondering is if it would work as an eyeshadow primer? If someone could tell me that would be great! 
yes, you can use paints as primers! if you have fair skin i would reccomend using Stilife paint by mac.

YES! MAC paints and paint pots can be used as an eyeshadow primer. Paint pots come in different colors and are used to make color pop more. Like a purple paint pot used under a purple eyeshadow. There are also skin colored paint pots for a more neutral look.

You could use MAC Paints as an eye primer.
As long as it is sticky enough to enrich the color of your eyeshadow and to keep the eyeshadow lasting all day. I highly recommend using paints as an eye primer!

Well i haven’t tried the paints but I imagine their similar to the paint pots and they are wonderful as primers. Just chose a skin tone color and apply regular eyeshadow on top(:
They really are great they make your shadows stick so they wont wear off(:

Postman, The (1997)

Plot: In the year 2013 civilization has all but destroyed itself. After a war that decimated the government and most of the population of the United States (possibly the world) people struggle to survive against starvation and rogue groups of armed men. One such group is called the Holnists. This group is bigger than any other and their leader, General Bethlehem, has delusions of ruling the country. A drifter (Costner) is captured by the group and forced to join. He escapes at the first chance and happens on a mail jeep with a skeleton in it. The skeleton is wearing a postal uniform and the drifter takes it to keep him warm. He also finds a mailbag and starts conning people with old letters. The hope he sees in the people he delivers to changes his plans and he decides that he must help bring the Holnists down.

The topic i chose is: How are both the creature and Frankenstein obsessed with revenge? I need help, with this mascot.?
Okay so my school wants a freshmen cheerleader to be the mascot at the varsity games becuase Jv is right before the varsity game and they don’t have time to change out, and automatically my name came up, and so now i am stuck being the mascot,
I have no idea what to even do, while being the mascot! I know you can cheer with the cheerleaders but i don’t want to be like perfect when i cheer because then they will know its a younger cheerleader. So i’m not sure what to do! I can tumble, but we are the rockets, and our mascot is the rocketman, and the top is pointy so i can’t. So please anyone help!

You don’t mention what state you are in, but they all pretty much follow the same 9 exemptions. A public body can close a meeting IF THE BODY WILL DISCUSS:
1) Any matter made confidential by federal or state law
2) Any matter for which the release of information would impair a right to receive funds from the federal government
3) Material that, if disclosed, would constitute an unwarranted invasion of individual privacy
4) Any collective bargaining (union) agreements
5) Any matter involving the purchase of property with public funds, the setting of banking rates or investment of public funds
6) Any tactics or techniques used in protecting the safety and property of the public ONLY if their disclosure could impair such protection or hinder the investigation of such violations
7) Any pending or anticipated litigation or contract negotiation when the public body is a party or may be a party
Any matter involving the employment, appointment, termination, terms of employment, evaluation, promotion or discipline of any specific public employee or prospective employee
9) Any deliberations of a public body occurring after a public hearing that may result in the imposition of civil penalty upon the accused party
Something is considered "public" when the group consists of 2 or more people, organized under state or federal law, and is collectively empowered as a voting body to provide a public government function or is collectively authorized to spend public funds. (example: School Committee)
The rules that keeps things from being open are the above 9 exemptions. In my state, they are defined under The Open Public Meetings Act.
