My other wide receiver is Andre Johnson with backups Roy E. Williams, Bernard Berrian and Anthony Gonzalez. My quarterbacks are Matt Schaub and Shaun Hill.

First of all, this depends on how many WRs you start. If your league starts only two WRs with a flex, then I would not make this trade because you would be losing a good fantasy starter in Wayne that has a great QB in real-life. You would only be gaining Vincent Jackson and I would put him in the same WR tier as Roy Williams. Also, Garrard is on the same fantasy QB tier as your backup QB, Hill. You definitely do not need three QBs so you would have to drop Hill anyways. So, you would essentially be trading your starting #2 WR for two backups, which does not make sense at all.

Why would you do this? Schaub has all the pieces in place for a great season (not to mention the #2 ranked WR at his disposal) and the Wayne/Manning combo is one of the most durable and consistent ever.

I just saw the movie Edward Scissorhands, featuring Johnny Depp, on TV last night. I was extremely unsatisfyed with the ending though, and for some reason i cant get it out of my head. The movie really touched me, oddly enough. Have you seen it? What do you think?

yes. it’s one of those classic tim burton films. i think the reason the ending is that way is because you know that it would never have worked out between winona ryder and johnny depp. he’s not human as he wasn’t complete, and that’s evident in him having scissorhands, and because of that, he would never have been treated as an equal. and having scissorhands created the appearance to the town that he was dangerous to society the moment it got him in trouble. the townspeople wanted him dead or locked up. they knew the policeman hadnt done anything, so walked into the place in hopes to find him and kill him. rather than have him killed, the girl decided to make it look like he was dead. she was protecting him because she really cared about him and at least that way, he’d be left alone. going back to the solitary life he had before the avon lady came to his place. the way it should have been.

I saw it when I was still a kid, and it had first come out. Its a favorite of our family to watch at family gatherings around the holidays. I loved how whimsical it was and Johnny Depp had such an allure, it was touching. I thought the end was lovely! It doesn’t always have to be "boy and girl fall in love" then "they live happily ever after". Makes you think about other options for an outcome, much like in real life!

This is regarding US v. Microsoft.
The court ordered Microsoft to split in to two companies (one for Windows, one for applications)
How will this affect the economy as a whole, Microsoft, consumers, the foreign market, and the competition (Apple, Linux,etc)?
Is it optimal for the economy?
What should be the limit of government intervention?

This will mean that Microsoft won’t be able to consolidate costs between the two companies, and thus cost of their products will likely go up. As a result competing products will likely go up in price, as they won’t need to compete with Microsoft at the some cost. Microsoft also won’t be able to bundle products into Windows, making competition easier in a way. It’s tough to say. I honestly don’t think it’s a great idea by the government…

He knew that the parts split apart into pieces were much more valuable than the single entity.
He was correct and not much later he was much more wealthy.
And we still have oil companies that act as one fairly giant monopoly - just look at gas prices and the pressures when alternatives to oil are to be developed
